Please be aware that custom/personalised goods cannot be returned unless they are damaged/defective.

While we hope you love your item, please keep in mind that the nature of a hand made product means you should expect some slight variation compared to the selling images. All dimensions given are approximate. Similarly, colours can appear differently on different screens and may vary slightly with different dye lots.

If your item is eligible for a return, please package it up carefully along with your original order confirmation and return to Harlow & Beau, 9 Robinsons Drive, High View, Blaydon on Tyne NE21 5GF. You will be responsible for return postage costs.

Once your return has been received, a refund will be made to your original payment method within 3 working days. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reach your account.
