Placing an order and payment

Our website offers full functionality to place your order and process the payment. All products have clearly stated prices in pounds sterling.

Please note that we are not accountable for issues with delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided when placing an order.

Harlow & Beau offers secure payments via PayPal and debit/credit card but does not store your card or bank account details. You will be notified when your payment has been processed and we will keep you informed about the status of your order throughout the process.

We reserve the right to reject and cancel any order at any time without providing the reason. We also reserve the right to cancel an order if the needed materials become out of stock or if there is a description or pricing error.

Turnaround time

All Harlow & Beau products are handmade to order and as such, are not kept in stock. When purchasing an item from Harlow & Beau, you are accepting the turnaround times as stated on the product pages.

Returning a purchase

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via hello@harlowandbeau.co.uk to discuss returning your item.

When your return request has been approved, please package up your item carefully along with your original order confirmation and return to Harlow & Beau, 9 Robinsons Drive, High View, Blaydon on Tyne NE21 5GF. You will be responsible for return postage costs.

Please be aware that custom/personalised goods cannot be returned unless they are damaged/defective. Once your return has been received, a refund will be made to your original payment method within 3 working days. Please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to reach your account.
